Cougar Power Supplies

Personally, I've not seen the U.S. Cougar units tested by a reputable testing site. Have seen the German/Euro ones, but those are NOT the same as the ones sold here in the U.S., and given HEC's reputation in the U.S., I tend to steer clear of their stuff and buy from other brands, like Seasonic, Corsair, Antec, etc.
 
Cougars were not living up to standards according to Hardware Secrets' reviews.
