Costco's return policy, where is it on their web site?

Yeaaaah that's not really good enough. It doesn't really specify what the "lifetime" of a television is. One could argue that the manufacturer's warranty dictates the television's lifetime, right? I know that thousands of people have returned old electronics for full price, but I'm still curious to see if I can find definitive wording on their website.

Okay, now where can I find THAT information? This is all just rumor and speculation as far as I'm concerned.

There is supposedly a big sign at my local Costco that says 18 months return policy. My friend told me he saw it there a couple days ago.

Can anyone else confirm it? We currently have a rumor from a friend of a poster, so the credibility is currently very, very low without some additional witnesses

I would like some official word too.

I was going to buy the Costco T.V for BF because of the "lifetime" warranty, but this friend of mine kept insisting I was wrong and that he saw the sign.

For all I know he could have just read about it online and acted like he saw the sign to defend his claim.

I call BS. I was at Costco the other day and did not see it.

BTW, Sams Club has the same 100% satisfaction guarantee as Costco. I find returns easier at Sams than Costco.

Then why all the big-to-do about Costco's policy?

But then Eeezee wouldn't have gotten to start a second thread about Costco's return policy.
