I've never had Costco's, but potstickers are very good. They will probably be my staple food this semester.

My roommate and I have 3 freaking bags of that crap in our freezer. THREE! Considering she never cooks, she burns through that stuff so quickly... Geez. I take like a few months to finish a bag, but you're right. If I didn't buy other foods I would go through a bag in a week.

They're yummy.

Costco corn dogs too.

With that said I think all the food they sell fresh is disgusting... i.e. Pizza. That stuff is just.. ugh..

They're Chinese dumplings apparently... with chicken and veggies in them, very tasty.

I eat their pizza like once a month. Although they are good, I don't think they are that great for pizza. Still, they are definitely better than Pizza the Hut and Dominoes. Hell, I even like DiGiorno pizza better than Costco's. But......I LOVE their chicken bakes, corn dogs, chicken tenders, and baked chicken. Seriously, Costco is the 1 place I can really get everything I need there for a relatively great price.

Origin of the Costco potstickers? Is it made in China? If so you guys are brave.

It's the Ling Ling Potstickers. It should be in the frozen section next to the frozen shumai. It says Chicken & Dumplings and it's a yellow bag.

You cook dumplings by boiling them. You can boil the Costco ones too, and I do that 80% of the time. The amount of oil you dump on the frying pan to make pot stickers is sometimes disturbing. If you buy the Costco pot stickers there's a story about why the are called that on the bag...

Yeah, I agree totally. I love those Ling Ling potstickers. The chicken spring rolls are pretty good too!

The costco ravioli is also quite delicious (cheese and spinach). Add your own olive oil, but comes with a little packet of spices to throw on top once you've steamed them

just had em last night. costco ling ling brand. Used the recommended cooking method:

face down on pan, add water, boil until dry, fry for 1 minute after water is evaporated.

Not as good as home made potstickers. not quite as good as the other frozen dumplings from chinese supermarkets. but still pretty damn good!! and easy to make. great stuff.
