Costco > Sams. Went to Costco for the first time today

same here. costo is closer, but is CROWDED even at 2pm weekday. Costco has been here for 10+ years.

Sam's opened ~4yrs ago next to Walmart. There's not that many people in there at noon weekday. go figure.

I stopped getting those at Sams. Last couple of times polish were way overcooked and nasty.

Never been to Sam's, but the Costco around here hire some of the hottest girls in retail. I'm totally obsessed with this girl who works at the Colma Costco.

Their stockholders are for shortening the policy for big ticket electronics (i.e., big screen TV's). It would not surprise many people if this change is made in the near future.

My guess is that it would be probably similar to the return policy for computers, which is 6 months.

Have no idea. Had TONS of free food samples. I walked out stuffed and without spending a dime

They tend to do that a lot. You haven't truly seen the awesomeness of Costco until you have an issue with something you bought. A lifetime warranty on anything you buy is so great.

Save those receipts!

You don't even have to save the reciept, they know when you bought it since you have a membership card.

Also, Costco sells only Choice beef. Supermarkets usually sell Select (Prime>Choice>Select). Not sure what Sam's sells.

Sam's also sell choice beef. Quality is about the same between Sams and Costco and really depend on when you go.

Costco also sells Prime beef online but don't sell in the B&M stores. Prices on Prime beef from Costco online is pretty competitive to what you would get at Whole Foods or your local butcher.
