What defines me as middle class is the fact that a 4 pack of pork chops feeds my family of 5. We eat 4 of the pork chops,, and then the next day we fill it with rice. You just take the protein, cut it up into bits, and then season/fry the rice (.33$/lb) with the protein the next day.

It's a pretty efficient way to do things. I like it, I love rice, and my kids love rice.

what are 'chinese pea pods'? snow peas?

were they using dried shiitakes before? those rehydrated ones never have the same texture as fresh

I buy their organic veggie shit instead of the stir fry pack...some of which is sourced from Chinatoxland. :colbert:

It's all about the organics baby!
