Yes, though I heard you can pull it off with costco cash cards, but I never tried.

Usually, about $.10 under the going rate per gallon.

You have to swipe your membership card then your debit card at the City Of Industry Costco.

I almost pump my gas exclusively at costco for this 2 year. It is usually cheaper and I find the gas mileage is on par with 76 and even better than the gas I got from Shell.

You need to have either a member card or a Amex that combine with member card.

I had several occasions that someone pumping gas next to me borrowed my card to swipe. It didn't hurt and added more to the executive card money back credit.

There's always a very long line at the Costco in Oxnard, CA... it opens at 6am, and there's a line even then. If you don't have a membership card and you hold up the line, I imagine people will kill you first and ask questions later.

There are LOTS of signs everywhere at that gas station stating that you need a membership card. You can pay with an ATM/debit card or AmEx. I'm pretty sure you have to pay at the pump at this one.

It must be that my GF has her AMEX combined with her costco membership, but there is no indication of that on the card.
