Great? That's really not that many calories. Probably not healthy to get them all from cream puffs though.

Stay away from packaged sweets and junk food, and you'll be amazed how much weight you can lose.

Something seems wrong with your math, but I'm too tired to figure out what.

Edit: Now I see it, you multiplied the calories in one cream puff by the calories in a serving. It should be 110*22. Still a fattie though.

Edit2: Unless you did actually eat 260 cream puffs.

Lol. Unless he worked his ass off to the tune of several thousand calories, all that protein would be as good as fat.

yes but it takes more calories to store protein as fat compared to sugar and HFCS. :) Not saying the OP didn't go from string bean to Jabba the Hut in two days. :p

Why does the OP's post have a scroll bar on it? Does anyone else see that or is it just my IE?

5 puffs = 260 Calories
1 puff = 260 Calories / 5
1 puff = 52 Calories

1 box = 110 puffs
1 box = 110 puffs * (52 Calories per puff)
1 box = 5,720 Calories, just like the OP found

Funny thing is that if you didn't eat anything else during those 2 days you might have lost weight. An average active individual will burn 3000-3500 calories a day pretty easily. Seeing as you probably ate a couple thousand calories on top of that I'll bet you put on 2/3 of a pound in fat and maybe another 2-3 lbs in water weight from all the carbs. Nothing to get too excited about really.

i've oftened wondered about gut efficiency. if you overload and eat that many calories in a day can your body really absorb it all, or does half of it come out the other end.

Most active individuals don't go around eating 6,000 calories of cream puffs.
I'm sure there are some, but most won't.

If it was really that much, you'd probably vomit it first.
