For those of you who have already done the research...

What's the approximate cost of a decent motherboard to overclock a conroe chip?
What's the approximate cost of a decent motherboard to overclock an am2 chip?

decent == not in features but in overclocking ability compared to other boards of the same platform.

Over at XS, they say the Gigabyte 965 board ($140-150) is one of the best overclockers, topping at around 400FSB.
