Cost estimate for new cabling in small business office

Ok I did a search on google but many of the places do not list their labor costs to run new cabling. I can easily find prices for the physical hardware so if anyone can give me a rough estimate on labor and time needed. This is only for a school project so the prices do not have to be exact. I'm hoping a few people here have knowledge in cabling costs and are willing to spend a few minutes helping me out. The requirements are given below:

Small Realty Business
About 15 employees
5 rooms- 3 rooms w/ 4 employees, 1 room with 2 and 1 room for office manager
2 workstations
13 laptops connected via wireless (wireless WAN) for the field agents but will want a wired access point when they return to the office
1 server
1 switch
1 router

sorry to be such a noob on this but what exactly is "a drop"? i'm thinking it's 1 cable ran from one point to another???

I just got genesis hometech wired my new house with 18drops of data, and 6 drops of phone and TV, complete with a 42U rack and all the terminating needs for $5k. I know it is freakin expansive, but they are the only authorized contractor that has permission to work on my newly build house.
