Cosmos 1000 - Switching out the Front I/O panel (or modifying)

I'm redoing in IVB build in my original Cosmos 1000. THe front panel consists of firewire, audio, power, and 4 usb 2.0. I've been going to find out of there is a replacement panel that can add 3.0 ports to the front instead. I have not found anything by googling, but maybe somebody has modded their case (Cosmos or otherwise) to do this?

And yes, i realize that i can add in a 5.25 or 3.5 inch USB 3.0 bay. HOwever, I am trying to cut down on my cabling. I actually pulled out the firewire cable from the front panel to cut down clutter. I am going for as austere and clean a case as possible and I want fewer wires and cables running around.
