Pretty farkin cool...don't know what you'd do with an Xbox in the dash of a convertible corvette, but still cool.

Driving a ragtop C5 and your passenger playing Halo makes for one hell of a road-trip! 😀

I work as a doorman/valet downtown cinci and we see stuff like this every once in a while, mostly from ball players. Not that elaborate but lcd with ps2's.

That's the dumbest idea ever.

even dumber, lcd in the hatch of a vette 🙂

was just looking at this pic from SBN, thought i'd share 🙂

When I had speakers installed in my car, I was reading some car audio magazines in the waiting room. I don't recall the title of the publication, but the cover story for that issue was a guy that had taken a BMW 330Ci and totally customized the interior. I think he had the seats reupholstered, in addition to a slew of audio/video equipment. He had LCDs in the back of all 4 headrests, which I thought was kind of pointless but whatever. But here's the kicker.

It was leased.

Very nice install... wish I could do something similar in my car if I had the dough.

But that shift knob... very gaudy... ick. What is that? LED shift knob?

From the link:
So what could you possibly do to improve on the fastest production car around?
Uh, the ragtop 'Vette is definitely an awesome car, but it's also definitely not the "fastest production car around". Heck, considering the Viper, the 'Vette probably isn't even the fastest American production car around. (Neglecting that the ragtop 'Vette will be slower than the hardtop 'Vette.)

That is just so retarded. Why in the hell would you put a console in a Vette? That is not cool in the slightest, it is just idiotic.
Idiots with more money and time than brains.

I am mystified by the whole phenomenon of putting video installations into cars, but I admire the stealth of this installation. I still have no idea why anyone would want it, though.

Probably so he could enter some shows.

Huh? How do you have LCDs in the back of the rear seat headrests? 😕 Trying to entertain people you stash in the trunk? 😉
