Cortana search would not show newly installed applications

This is really easy when you know how.

First make a new account with admin privileges.
Microsoft is going to nag that you need an outlook account or something just refuse it and create the account with admin privileges .
Log out.
Log into the new account with admin privileges.
Go to your folder options and unhide all system files.

Now go to this folder :
C:\Users\YOURACCOUNTNAME\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_cw5n1h2txyewy
YOURACCOUNTNAME is the account you normally use and which from the search is not working properly.

And delete : Microsoft.Windows.Cortana_cw5n1h2txyewy.
Log out your special admin account.

login with YOURACCOUNTNAME.
Let windows 10 get busy for a few seconds.
And when you check the indexing options, you will notice that the number showing the amount of indexed data is
higher now.

Type in cortana search what you previous could not find. And it will show up now.

I remembered i had the same problem at work with the windows 10 pro system i use.
It would no longer recognise any office applications after a windows update security fix.
The admin had to log in and delete that folder.
After i logged in it all worked again.
But i did not know how anymore thus i had to google a bit and this is the way to do it. :)
