Corsair Microsystems, famous for their high performance memory products is back at it again with the latest addition to their XMS memory lineup, the Corsair XMS 3500 DDR DIMM. The XMS 3500 modules are targeted at high end computing users and the modules are guaranteed to operate at 434 MHz with a Column Access Strobe ("CAS") latency of just two cycles. The new XMS 3500 modules are available in two flavours of 256MB and 512MBs with platinum silver or black aluminum heat spreaders. Both modules are built around 5 nanosecond RAM chips which have been carefully screened to operate at 434MHz.
