I was looking at getting Corsair XMS2 2x2Gb memory kit, its TWIN2X4096-6400C5 G - XMS2 FME-C2GD2X8X2 and i was wondering if from the 1.8V if it can be taken to 2.1V? also to bring my latencys down to 4-4-4-12 2T even, because im currently running the XMS2 that is rated low latency from Corsair themselves, does anyone know if the 4 Gb kit would be better than my current 2 x 1Gb XMS2 Low Latency 2.1V 4-4-4-12 Kit i currently have, as i cant really take this low latency RAM any higher than it already is, any views on these guys? Thanks, and i ask bcoz i wana over clock my RAM and my doesnt seem to be able to do the job unless im doing it incorrectly, and if i could maybe ask for some assistance regarding overclocking my RAM, thanks

I have the 2x2 kit of these and they rock. Doubt they'll run @ 4-4-4-12 over 800 MHz though. I have mine running on a LT P35-T2R board @ 1,000 MHz using the 266/677 strap and the following timings (chip is clocked 8.5x400):

EDIT - sorry, I just realized you said you were looking at the -6400's
I have the TWIN2X4096-8500C5DF

But even keeping it as its 800 MHZ standard, could i atleast up the voltage to 2.1V and then set the timings nice and high? or should i stick with my low latency 2x 1Gb rather? any opinions on the matter guys?

I ran a set of these.. best sticks compared to all others from corsair. I had mine up at 960mhz 4-4-4-12 at 2.1v
