Corsair xms2 DHX problems

I have 4 2gig CM2X2048-6400C4DHX with an Asus P5N72-T Premium MB. Intel Q9550 2.83Ghz, BFG 9800 GX2. Vista 64
System is HORRIBLY unstable with this memory. It will lock up at least once per 15 minutes.
Here are some facts:
System DOES pass the Mem test that is on the Unbuntu CD. Ran for over 24 hours with all 4 pieces in...zero errors.
I have went into Bios and made sure FSB was 800 and power was 2.1v, as well as tried it at auto settings.
If I take some generic memory from another system...it is 100% stable. So, it has to be the memory, yet it passes the memory test.
Any idea how to make this memory work with above listed MB?
Thanks!

Perhaps you should run memtest for each of the sticks. I'm also getting crashes especially while playing and I use the same type. I've thought of changing it before. Lately I changed the timings manually to
5,5,5,15,3,55,6,3
8,3,5,4,6,4,6
14,5,1,6,6
The AI Clock timing is moderate, the Ai Booster is on level 13 for me and the voltage to 2,1 v with the DRAM Controller V reference set to auto and my sys is finally stable. It all depends on the other voltage values as well maybe.

Check the OC guide posted under the CPUs and Overclocking and use the software listed over there to test your system.
