I was wondering if I could go lower than 2-2-2-5?

has anyone overclocked these things 'n have gotten stable performance with Intel chipsets?

would it be wise to use a gig or 2 gigs of this stuff in dual channel?
 
those timings for the system in your sig is spectacular. congrats.

other than that, those timings, if thats what they really are, are very good.
