should I inrease the Vdimm from 2.7 already? made 4 passes in memtest, came up so far with 6 errors. Switched out psu's prior to errors, and was error-free previously with old psu. Should I up the Vdimm?

All Corsair memory supports up to 2.9V without voiding the warranty. Check at their website. 2.7V - 2.8V should be fine. I have my XMS PC3200 memory at 2.7V running at 225MHz.

ty, but i couldn't find the Vdimm rating at their site. Btw, i have no idea why i get errors in memtest after swapping out psu's.

yes, enermax noisetaker 485W atx 12V version 2.0 . Yes, i am overclocking. anyways, i put down the Vdimm back to 2.75 and it passed memtest once without any errors. That's satisfactory in my eyes.

What motherboard are you running? I had the same problem with my 3200XLPT once I got to 236MHz. I found out it only failed when I had a stick on Dimm 1 or 2 on my Abit AN7. Very weird.

On their site they tell everyone to run at 2.8.
And I had problems running PC3200XLPro at 2225 timings. I have to run at 2336. Others have found the same thing... when OCing, you need to relax your timings to settings like 2.5, 3, 3, 10 or even 3, 4, 4, 8.
