Corsair XMS or Corsair VS

I have two computers, one is my brothers and one is mine

I have a AMD 3200 venice with 1GB Corsair VS (matched sticks)

He has a 2.4C P4 with 512MB corsair xms this exact stick http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820145420

I want to get another 512 xms stick like the one above, but it will not be matched.

Or to sell that XMS stick and get a 1GB of Corsair VS

Would it be better to have 2x512 xms (unmatched) or 2x51 VS (matched)?

I havent OC'ed yet, but i think i might OC just a little bit, what would you guys recommend?

I was wondering if I should choose XMS or value and found out the XMS only goes CAS2.5 on AMD platforms. So, I ordered OCZ Platinum. That's true CAS2 on AMD platforms.
