Yes it is. I have the RAM just below that, and it works great only when the MEM settings in BIOS are set too AUTO, The A8N32 current BIOS is still premature.

I have that memory (look at sig) and I haven't really OC'd much just a soft OC I have Opty 170 at 2200, and so far the memory seems great the PC works seamlessly and rock stable.
