Corsair XMS 3200LL owners how much did you push your ram speed?

I just both these ramsticks so whats is max you get out of them?

i have regular XMS and i can get (3200) and i can get 225 Mhz at the loost timing and 210 mhz @ 2-2-2-5 @ 2.8V
