Does this stuff generally OC well?

Is there a good resource out there for choosing memory? What I'd like to get is either some low latency DDR 400 that can OC fairly well if I loosen up the timings. I have some Patriot running 2-3-2-5 @ 200 but doesn't OC at all, regardless of timings. I'm thinking I should go with some DDR 500, but would like to retain some flexibility to run closer to 200 with tighter timings. My CPU is an Opty 165 and I'm not sure if I'd be better off with more bandwidth or tighter timings w/ a divider.
