Fastest turn around time ever.

My HX520 randomly died on 7/13 and I got the RMA number on the same day and sent it out the same day.

It got to corsair in California on 7/15 and I just got my UPGRADED HX650 today (7/19). My computer is up and running again with less than a week of downtime even including the weekend.

I will certainly go with Corsair for many of my future computer related purchases.

Yeah i have delt with them in the past for RAM and always got fast turn around and fast service. Also very friendly on the phone or via e-mail, this is why i keep buying Corsair, well that and they make awesome products.

My Corsair HX520 died this year. Contacted them about an RMA, they said send it in. To California. I live in South Africa. Shipping costs would be more than the PSU itself.

Please follow these steps to obtain an RMA number:

•End users must request an RMA# online at corsair.com/helpdesk
•Direct customers must complete the RMA request form and return it to: RMAService@corsairmemory.com
•All RMA requests must include the following information for processing
◦Corsair Part Number (for DRAM modules, also include the Corsair Lot Code as shown on each module: xxxxxx-xx)
◦Return Quantity
◦Reason for return
•All RMA requests are reviewed and confirmed within one business day
•All RMA's are processed as "Receive then Replace" unless alternate terms have been agreed upon previously
•End users may request advance replacement but must provide a valid credit card to secure the shipment

RMA Return Addresses
We have three RMA receiving locations: USA, The Netherlands and Taiwan. Your RMA confirmation will specify the specific return address you must use when sending your RMA package. This will be your standard return location and should not be changed without prior approval from Corsair. Any packages received at an unauthorized location may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense.
