Corsair VX450 Enough?

Hello,

I just want to do a PSU check I'm pretty sure my Corsair VX450 450watt is more then enough. I don't think this use more then 200 watts. I don't want to push it to over 300 watts because they get loud over 300 watts.

Antec 300 (Removing all the tri cool fans)
Athlon II X 2 250
MSI 790XT-G45 motherboard
(4X2GB) 8GB DDR2 800 Corsair Value Memory
Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB Harddrive
XFX HD 4770 512MB w/ Accelero Twin Turbo Pro
Sound Blaster X-FI Xtreme Gamer PCI
4 X 120mm Scythe S-Flex 1200 RPM (One on the Noctua NH-U12P SE1366 other three in the case)
Internal Card Reader (USB powered)
SATA LG DVD Burner
USB Keyboard/Mouse/Webcam
USB 2.5in external HDD (Hitachi Travelstar 5K500.B 320GB SATA2 inside)

that will be under 300 for sure, ill bet closer to 200w.

EDITED TO ADD:

My home "server" has a corsair 400cx and draws under 160w at load and is silent, its a AMD 7750 CPU on a 780G mATX board with 2 2GB sticks and 5 HDD's, also a PCIe Intel NIC and Nvidia 8400GS GPU.
