Hey - I'm looking for some feedback if anyone has had problems with this memory. I can't get my machine to boot when I have sticks installed in the a1 and b1 but as soon as I take out the a1 stick it boots fine.

I've seen other people on this board that the memory works fine in the a1/b1 configuration. For those poeple - did you have to tweak anything?

Thanks!

Did you upgrade the bios? I hear that has improved memory compatbility.

Try sticking the RAM that you took out from a1 into b1, and see if your system'll boot.

If it doesn't then it's time to RMA that RAM, but if it does, then maybe something's wrong with your mobo,

unless the RAM wasn't seated properly into a1.

Possibly problems with the slot.
Maybe try both sticks in the "a1" slot, and try some other memory in there too.
If it does work, try swapping sticks a1 --> b1, b1 --> a1.
If that doesn't work, try the memory into another board.
And at the end.. RMA the memory.

Also give the memory enough voltage. Try 2.7 volts.
