Corsair vs OCZ

Neither...

Performance should be basically identical, as they are both the same timings.

If i had to pick from only those two, i'd get the Corsair since i dislike stupidly oversized heatspreaders.

just get the corsair. not that i would get either kit, you can get a much better kit for probably about the same price, since DDR2 is so cheap these days. DDR2-800 should be CAS 4-4-4-12 at that voltage. you can find kits in the 50-80 range at that CAS, which is where a lot of the 5-5-5-15/18 kits are also.

bro in india you don't have much choices & prices havn't fall much here of ddr2 these two rams cost around 125$. that y i have choosen these two rams, since i can't increase my budget more than that

Just get anything that does DDR2-800 CAS5 at the standard JEDEC voltage of 1.8V. Don't worry about massive heat spreaders or anything like that -- some of the best memory I've got is Crucial DDR2-800 without heat spreaders at all. It was cheap ($20 for 4GB), works great -- what more could you ask for?
