Ok guys I am close to making a decision here. Which one of these 2 is better?

They're both Corsair TWINX1024-3200 DDR400 and they only differ in timings, the first one is 2-3-3-6 and the second one is 3-4-4-8. So:

1) Which one would be faster?
2) Which one would overclock better?
 
The ones with lower timings is better... It's not $80 better though. Check another etailer, Tiger Direct is overpriced...
 
i got corsair 2x512 4000pro (the ones with the lightsfor $299 at fry's electronics

if you live near one go to fry and pick them up

I was thinking, if someone started a company that acted as a middleman between the US and Canada they could make quite a bit of money. Then Person A has package sent to Middleman Company LLC (for a small fee) and Middleman Company LLC travels across border and sends it to Person A.
