Corsair voyager air problem, also really poor support site

so i have a voyager air drive and it functions ok, but when attached to my router as a nas drive all the files have the created/modified date-timestamp with the year2000.

same problem found here

when i try to set it to pass thru it just stalls and times out.

when it try to contact support at Corsair the claim form to even talk to somebody wont let me start since the voyager air drive isnt in the "sellect product" pull down.

seriously how do you not list all their products? or not have an "other" option?
