Corsair Vengeance PC15000 issues

So I took someones advice of getting rid of XMP and setting my ram to 1.502v and 1866mhz

it is Corsair Vengeance PC15000

now instead of reboots i get a shutdown and restart upon reboot, i also saw when i set voltage to AUTO it sets it at 1.6v which scares me -_-

i am a noob in need of help

You need to set to bios to default. For this you need your mainboard manual and read reset bios. That will involve probably a jumper to be moved and take the battery for a few sec to clear the cmos and thus reseting the bios. Read manual.
