Corsair value select and Crucual RAM timing info

Does any one have the exact recommended operating timings for corsair value select and/or crucial pc2700 RAM (tRP, tRCD, etc)? I can't find them in any of the specs and I know that there are issues with BIOSes misreading the SPD so sometimes the RAM manufacturers fudge the numbers a bit. :\

Note: I'm not looking for what some people have manage to O/C them to. Just the official specs of the parts.

I have the Corsair value ram as well, I'd be curious to know the timing settings others used.
