Corsair Value and High Voltage

Im trying to push my memory up to 250fsb without dropping the divider. This corsair value seems to do better with higher voltage. I currently have it set to 2.9v for the rig in my sig. Has anyone had any experience with this ram at 3.1+volts? Will this voltage fry my ram?
 
uh..I wouldnt take it over 2.9..but maybe that is just me. If you were so interested in OCing, you might should not have gotten the value ram.
