If you're referring to V2, then yes. As far as reliability goes most people have had better success with it than the Antec HCG, and it has extremely low ripple and great voltage regulation (both better than the HCG-750). Bad points: the fan is loud, but pushes a ton of air.

For $100-110 you really can't go wrong unless you're looking for a silent or very near silent PC.

honestly, the fan isn't that loud, in case you were concerned, especially if you have 2+ case fans spinning.

I have a TX750 that I bought in 2008. It is still as strong as ever with everything overclocked. Recently, the fan started making a little noise under load. I opened it up and replaced it with another. Took all of 5 mins and it is back in silent action :)

Can't got wrong with Seasonic or Corsair. Just get the one you can afford and offers the modularity that you prefer.

What fan did you replace it with?

I put a TX750v2 in my new build, it was a great deal (Black Friday!) and has proven to be very good so far. I wish it was modular, but... woulda, coulda, shoulda. I know it will handle anything I forsee putting into my case, now or in the future.

...and I actually got my rebate from Corsair in less than 30 days!

just keep in mind that noise is subjective. i've never used the TX750v2, so i can't comment on it. but i have used the TX650v2, and found the fan far too loud for my liking. it also didn't throttle down under light PSU loads - it was always loud. that being said, i like a VERY quiet machine, so i find most fans too loud. now i don't know if the TX650v2 and the TX750v2 share the same fan, but if they do, i would tend to agree with LOL_Wut_Axel about the noise level.

What price point are you looking at? You can do better at $110-120 for a 750W if you watch for sales (HX750, X-760, XFX 750W XXX which are all 80+ Silver or Gold and semi/full modular).

I just bought a Seasonic X-760 (760W, fully modular, 80+ Gold, quiet fan, great reviews) for $119CAD from NCIX. It's still on sale, but seems to be Canada only at that price. My second choice was an XFX PRO850W XXX for $109 after rebate (850W, 80+ Silver, semi-modular, quiet, highly efficient Seasonic platform, well reviewed).

i'm looking for 99.99$ in sale for a reliable 750w psu, like corsair tx. Preferably with free shipping. the seasonic you mentioned is very interesting.

Oh, and also i want it Single rail. i've seen in the past the 750tx drop to 99$, i can wait.

Look at the XFX PRO750W/PRO850W XXX Editions then, they are on sale for $89/109 (after $30 MIR) right now from NCIX (at least the Canadian site, didn't check US). Both are built off modular Seasonic platforms and tested extremely well at Jonnyguru. I would take one of those over the TX750 personally, as they are semi-modular.

Awesome. I had the 850W ordered ($139 + $30 MIR) but canceled it when they put on a limited sale of the Seasonic X-760 for $119 no rebate. I think you will be happy though, those XFX offer amazing value for the $.
