Got some problems with my TX650V2.

Am I supposed to hear my PSU even a little bit when it is idle? Or does it have to be almost dead silent?

Like i mean i'm 1M away from it and its actually audible, its not a deafening sound and its not super loud but you can still hear it.

Is it supposed to be like that?.

Please please answer because most PC shops here in NZ don't really like returns after 7 days of buying
