Corsair tech support is awesome

Just wanted to tell you guys that I asked Corsair whether I could purchase additional screws for mounting two fans on an H60 and they sent me a complete LGA2011 mounting kit with no less that 8 screws for fan mounting. And all that was free. Now whenever I have a problem with Corsair gear I'll be contacting them directly instead of relying on the place I bought things from.

That is exactly what I do too, they are one of the best IMO...my 950WATT PSU died after 4 years? Here's a brand new 1050WATT!

I was modding my 600T case, and asked if I could purchase a new side cover, they send me one for free, and 2 fans, haha.

Doesn't their packaging tell you to do that anyway? 😉

I also completely agree with you on not only tech support but every aspect of the company I have dealt with. Tech support offered to send a new hx520 cable set after my brother misplaced his 2nd pcie cable and both the RMA and Rebate processes are super smooth with quick turn-arounds.

Nice. Good to hear. I've got Corsair RAM, power supply, and an Obsidian 800D. Glad to know they'll stand behind their products should I have any problems.

I had a similar experience with Noctua. I wanted to mount a 3rd fan to my NH-D14, and emailed them to see if there was any way I could purchase the mounting kit, as I didn't see one in their online store. Then they replied back asking for my physical address, and sent me the mounting brackets free of charge.

Corsair has bent over backwards for me in many occasions. They supplied replacement parts to my 500r case when issues arised, also they replaced my GS600 and HX650 with no hassle what-so-ever.

Yeah. I had my H60 pump grind down on me. I contacted Corsair and they had the RMA approved within a day, and once they received my unit, they sent out a brand new one within a day. No hassle whatsoever.

I agree with the OP 100% from personal experience. IF customer service is very important to you then you could not do much better than Corsair.

The only Corsair product I own right now is my Force 2 SSD, never was crazy about the look of their cases (except the 800, but that thing is a BEAST). But, good customer support is always a welcome thing to hear and is sometimes lacking nowadays. Logitech is another tech company with GREAT customer support.
