Corsair RMA

Does anyone know if Corsair requires proof of purchase to RMA memory? Will they RMA memory no problem?

try their website and look for the RMA section, or email support. in my experience, memory companies don't require proof of purchase. but then again, i've never used corsair.

can't find it on their site where they would ask. It does say warranty not covered by modules that are purchased from other end users.

I had to RMA some ram to Corsair before, here's the email I got from them:

Dear Sir,

Please send us an email (rma@corsairmemory.com or warranty@corsairmemory.com) with a copy of the http://www.corsairmemory.com/main/rma_request.xls. Form or all of your info name address and phone# and the Module part# and email it to Rma@corsairmemory.com. If after 1 day or 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, you do not get the rma please email the same to warranty@corsairmemory.com and we will help to resolve it.

It does not say anything about including an invoice. But when I sent my ram in, I put a copy of my invoice in as well.
