Im going to Power an i5-4670 with a full ATX board, and no videocard at least för the first year. If its going to have an videocard it will be a midrange, not the most expensive killer but in the mid to low end.

Now problem is that Corsair RM 650 vs 750 cost the same. So of cource I Think to go for 750watt... but that will be kind of overkill.

Will the 750watt take more Power vs 650 watt in this system at the same Power draw... or is it kinda same same.

Should be pretty much the same power draw, with the added note of having a higher cap on the 750 unit in terms of total system draw. The different in the power draw should be from that you fall somewhere different on it's efficiency curve, as they are rated most efficient at ~50%, so 650=325 while 750=375 which is likely closer to a load draw from a system with a high end gpu. If the cost is the exact same I'd say just get the 750W.

I wouldn't get either since they don't use the best capacitors on +12V. Other than that they're good units... but if given the choice between a bronze unit with top tier capacitors and a Gold unit without, I would pick the bronze unit (or pay more for a gold unit with top tier caps).
