Corsair RAM Problem

I've got a Chaintech ZNF3-250 Zenith motherboard with an Athlon 64 3200+ installed and two 512 MB DIMMs of Corsair XMS DDR3200 RAM. It took me a while to install windows because I kept getting a Blue Screen of Death after installing the RAID drivers.

However, when I took out one of the DIMMs, the Blue Screen of Death stopped and installation went fine. Now, if I put back that 2nd DIMM in either the 2nd or 3rd DIMM slot on the motherboard, the system become unstable. It sounds like the RAM may be bad or something, but I'm not really sure since the other DIMM seems to be fine.

Any ideas on what could be causing this and what I can do to test and find out for sure so I can proceed properly?
