problems in IE7 - couldn't finish form, questions 8 and 9. Some selections de-selected other ones.

IMO a better way do have done those questions would have been a 1-5 scale of how important each was...instead of a ranking of imprtance.

I.E. instead of saying Cable length is more important than modular cables ask on a scale of 1 to 5 how important is each aspect to you?

We considered that but, that type of ranking diminishes the usefulness of the data. If a person chooses all 1s or all 5s for example then the information has no value.
