Can someone tell me which is the better Corsair DIMM's

Corsair PC3200 Low Latency 2-2-2
or
Corsair PC3500 Cas2 (just listed as cl2, not identified as low latency and no timings listed).

Both of these dimms are listed the same way on different sites and both are pretty much the same price everywhere I looked, and both have heat spreaders?

Are these basically the same DIMMS or is one superior?

Thanks in Advance!

yeah corsair is the only memory company selling their chips with such low latencies right now
it's harder to get chips that hit low latencies than it is to get chips that just clock high
