Corsair PC3200 and Gigabyte MOBO

Hey guys got a question,

Im putting 2 Corsair Value Select 184 Pin 256MB DDR PC-3200 - OEM sticks into my gigabyte nforce2 ultra GA-7N400-L mobo for dual channel. I'm going to overclock the processor to sync with the pc3200.

Just wondering if anyone has had problems with these sticks in dual channel or in an overclocked gigabyte board?

And anyone suggest any other type of ram for dual channel overclocked gigabyte board?
 
i got the same exact ram, size, and speed.

excellent on dual channel, havent had any errors.

one of the top cheap rams to oc.
