Corsair PC133 CAS3 Value Select ok for Athlon?

I recently bought 2 sticks of Corsair 128MB 133MHZ CAS3 Value Select RAM and was wondering if this would work in current socket A motherboards. Right now I?m using it in an Abit BX6r2 with a celeron 400 @ 500. However I?m looking at putting together something a bit faster either a PIII or Athlon. Id prefer to go with the Athlon but if the RAM is gonad be a problem I?ll prolly go with the PIII. Anyway any information would help.

I used a stick of it for about a month on my T-Bird system and it worked fine.
