What's better? Corsair XMS PC3200 or Mushkin Blue PC3200? For nforce2 boards....

Need to OClock a 2500+ Barton to 200 FSB.

Whoa, did the Corsair XMS PC3200 523MB just jump from $95 to $116 at Newegg?
Mushkin blue 512MB is $99.
 
What is with the ram prices? The corsair XMS 3200 went from $95 to $110 at Googlegear. A local store in Vancouver had its Kingston ram go up $19.
