Corsair: New stick with old stick

Hey all, hope there is an aswer to this question but here goes.

I am getting ready to upgrade to a S939 system for which I will need 2 good sticks of ram. I currently have a nice stick of Corsair XMS512-3200C2 in my current socket A system which I think is over 2 years old. Newegg (and others) still list this same part # for about $115. Will I get good results with this combo? or do I have to get the matched pairs or something newer. Thanks for any input.
