So I am looking at these two mice at the moment:

I'm a casual gamer that likes to have quality peripherals. I'm looking for a quality mouse to compliment a new keyboard (possibly Corsair K60/90).

The M60 is Corsairs foray into fps targeted mouse users. I'm not overly taken with the 'sniper' button on the side. A few reviewers have mentioned it can be hard to reach depending on how you hold the the mouse and hand size etc. Corsair generally make quality hardware though. It looks sturdy.

The Deathadder Black Edition appearance wise appeals to me (love black). However, it appears flimsier in design judging by pictures. Its previous incarnation gets rave reviews across the board so it is hard to ignore. They are both similar in price too.

With regards my grip, I think I am a cross between claw and palm but would probably adapt to either if necessary.

I always find YouTube a great resource for researching hardware etc although why they put so much emphasis on "unboxing" a product is beyond me! lol

I'd appreciate any thoughts you may have!

I've had nothing but problems with Razer. I'm using a Blackwidow Ultimate keyboard that takes forever to setup profiles (changing one key takes 20+ seconds); keys stick; the USB passthrough needs to be re-plugged in every time the PC comes out of sleep to recognize it; etc.

My mouse is the Mamba 2012, which has 1-2 second pauses every so often; same issues with setting up profiles; the right click has gotten so sensitive that I click it by accident by barely laying a finger on it; and the battery is proprietary, so you gotta plug it in (cord) when the charge depletes (instead of popping in fresh rechargeable batteries).

Not happy with them at all, and want to replace both. Going back to Logitech for my next purchase, or maybe a Corsair if I can get some hands-on time with it to try it out.

I bought a Deathadder Black on sale and its still sitting in a box, because the regular 3.5G version is still going strong. The Deathadder just feels perfect in my hand. With mice you really should hold it before you buy. Maybe go to a Best Buy and see if they have a display models of both?
