I agree...but it sounds like only emails have been exchanged. A lot of times, these things are better solved by calling and actually speaking to people until you get someone who will at least listen. It also helps to always ask for names, and write down the people you have talked to so when you get some bullsh!t, you can rattle off everyone you have spoken too. A bit of a PITA, but it usually get's results.

IMO, I don't see the BB doing much other than filing a complaint, and getting any legal help will probably quickly outweigh the cost of the memory in the first place..
