i have corsair VS650 which is malfunctioning and causing random restarts.
i went over to kaizen mumbai service center for replacement but they refused to provide any service because the warranty sticker on screw is got damaged a little. even though the sticker is damaged the crew underneath was never unscrewed https://flic.kr/p/xvG4Ye as can be seen in the image that the sticker curves around the screw and its not broken. as a alert customer i know not to damage the sticker. i kept wondering for hours what could have caused the damage to sticker. until i found screw's impressions on my pc case's PSU rubber standoffs.https://flic.kr/p/xuSLtq

after discovering that i called and mailed the kaizen support multiple times but nothing worthy came up as they didn't replayed. whereas people over kaizen Mumbai service center kept denying and didn't accept that the screw was never unscrewed (may hard to tell in the image but in person its very clear)

Even though i had really bad experience with corsair(kaizen) before i chose corsair because of the videos and reviews online. but i don't think I'll able to trust corsairs's service in India again.

i hope that the internet community would understand my issue and i will get some type of solution.

it seems the india site has different standards than the rest of the world - this has happened before.

don't worry, we have a member here who is a global rep for corsair, i think he will be able to help you out.

i sent him a PM, don't despair.

in the meanwhile, have you tried the official corsair forums?

That's your own fault.

You and I were corresponding on 7/31. Then you disappeared and never responded back until 8/18. On 8/18, I asked you to PM your ticket number to me and you never responded or sent me a PM.

Hi Omkar,
Sorry for not replying to your post sooner. But looks like we've been trying to contact you on our forums and we're not getting a response from you. We are more than willing to get provide you a solution for that PSU if its indeed faulty. First, I need to know if you have already submitted a ticket for this issue, if you have, post your ticket #.

btw, you said in the OP that it is the PSU, but didn't provide any reasons why you think its the PSU's fault. How did you rule out the other hardware? I would strongly suggest that before we process your PSU for RMA, make sure firs that it is not something else like RAM, CPU, MB, GPU, etc. See if you can get a spare PSU and try it in your system and see if you get the same behavior.

Yes I've created a tiket, number is 6654891
A customer care person replyed to me there and he said he's adding an acseption in my case And corsair person will contact me soon.

And

I've tried powering my friend's system with my PSU and thats how i found out that its the PSU who's causing these restarts. Even a gental tap restarts the system.

Glad to see there is a Corsair rep on this forum that can help out. One reason I've only bought Corsair PSUs for my last 3 builds.
