What are the noise differences between the Corsair HX650 and Antec Truepower New 750?

This is because I am going to be exchnaging for either one of these dpending on which one is quieter.
User feedback from people who have had or have these products appreciated as I cannot find any feedback on noise levels on any reviews I have seen

I have an HX650 and my first one had bad coil whine. This second one was quiet up until this week it started whining again.
