Corsair HX1000 who used it ?

So far I can't even get the cooling fan to ramp up or get the PSU case warm. Mine is a retail unit and I am running:

EVGA 780i
QX 9770 @ 4.2ghz
4 x 2gb of DDR2 800
4 WD 74gb Raptors
Gigabye I-RAM
2 x Nautilus 500 water cooling units
3 x 12v fans.
