Corsair/heat spreader question

I'm looking to buy some Corsair DDR2-667 mem (the highest my mobo will accept, unfortunately) to complete my current rig. I wanted to get some of their XMS series, which comes with the heat spreaders, but XMS isn't available in DDR2-667. If I'm stuck with their standard memory (ValueSelect), what is a good heat spreader to use for this?
 
heat spreaders really aren't needed on DDR ram. Mostly marketing hype. They were needed for RDRAM.
