Got a smoking deal on a h60

Am going to install on a amd8320

Keep in mind I'm in fresno CA and Temps are rising

Anyone have experience with these? I'm not gonna overclock

I put one on a 8320 Build that I did. No problems at all @ stock speeds, even in higher ambient temperatures.

It currently idles at 33 to 40 then 68 under load on stock cooler

I built the PC for a friend, so I'm not sure of the load temps. I would expect no more than 60c under load.

It will be very cool. You can overclock until you 1.275@5Ghz maybe. It depends if you have a good processor die or not.

I have a fractal r4 and was thinking of mounting on the rear vent with the air being blown out if I can't mount it to the front

had one on an i7 5820k and it kept it about 39c here in virginia practically year-round. the pump died on it and replaced it with an antec kuhler. i ran an h110 on my old i7 3960x and its pump died too. i got whatever the equivalent dual fan radiator corsiar was for it afterward and still use it on the 5960x. i personally won't get any other cooler master h(x)xx coolers.
