Here is to hoping it helps the people still using the drive with the stability issues.
 
Is Sandforce pretty much trash now? Anand didn't even mention them as a major player in his list of SSD companies.
 
The problem is rolling the dice and finding out if you have one of those 'few certain systems'. I got VERY lucky that I bought my Force3 with my Amex gold. They took it back and reimbursed me through their Return Protection program, or else I would have been stuck with a drive that I couldn't use in any machine I have to rely upon to be stable.
